Something that I'm inclined to do. I'll be happier. This- it does directly. This- it does indirectly. How? By building capacity.
In other words, going back to our model from our second or third class. It will help us go from zero to the positive. However, what was found in the research is that it doesn't only help us go from the zero to the positive, it also helps us better deal with the negative.
If you think about it, this is what positive psychology is about, as we've discussed numerous times. It's about building capacities. It's about strengthening our immune system, making us more resilient.
